They look so much alike that people started to call her the host’s “long-lost twin sister.” Apparently, aside from being a ‘mini-me’ of Coleen, she was also dubbed as “Suman Girl” since she helps her family to make a living by selling suman. In a recent episode of ABS-CBN’s “Little Big Shots,” Ruhaina met with Coleen’s fiancé, Billy Crawford. In that episode, she shared her heartwarming story and inspired people with it. Furthermore, the little girl taught the Kapamilya actor how to wrap suman.
